FINDING YOUR WAY ROUND THE FAIR:
With so many stands on three floors, this can seem daunting, but is in reality very easy.
Do study the floor plans
Lifts:
The Main lifts in the Foyer take you up to the First Floor Exhibitors, and the 2nd Floor Bar. These lifts do not go to the mezzanine levels.
Just inside the door to the right hand ground floor room is an additional lift that goes to the mezzanine levels.
Stairs:
Stairs go up to all levels, and you can take a main lift and then walk down to each of the mezzanine levels as well.
WC's:
There are Gents and Ladies WC's on the ground floor, and mezzanine levels. These are indicated on the floor plans.
Cash Machine:
There is a cash machine on the ground floor, please ask at reception.
Wireless Internet Access:
Wifi access codes can be purchased from the racecourse office reception at a cost of £7.50 (inc. vat) for 24 hours, i.e. two codes required to cover Friday and Saturday. The office will be closed on the Saturday therefore codes should be obtained beforehand or on Friday between 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs.
First Aid:
St John's Ambulance nurses will be at the venue throughout both days.
